First of all, start the game and play it for up to 3 minutes.
After that, the game will check every 3 minutes if your account is eligible for an item drop.

3 hour drop pool chances:

Normal - 70%
Common - 25%
Uncommon - 4.89%
Rare - 0.1%
Epic - 0.01%
Ultra Rare - 1 in 400 000
Legendary - 1 in 10 000 000

When you do get a Drop, it will be available at your Steam Inventory and if you want to see its rarity you can check this information on the tags of the item itself.
